A team of Social Workers and Community Care Officers working across both generic and specialist areas. Our focus is on delivering strengths-based, person-centred reviews that support citizens and carers from all walks of life. Our goal is to promote independence and help people achieve their outcomes by identifying the right support and commissioning services where needed. We follow a Best Value approach and carry out a wide range of work including reviews, reassessments, safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Act duties. We’re proud to be leading transformation at Nottingham City Council, helping shape future models of care. With tools like Copilot and Magic Notes, we’re reducing admin and making more time for meaningful conversations. £32.00 per hour
