PRIESTLEY COLLEGE - Apprentice careers Advisor and Work Placement Co-ordinator

Salary: Point 6 to Point 8 on the NJC Support Staff Pay Scale (£25,558 to £26,343 per annum FTE) Actual £23,780 to £24,510

Closing Date: Midday, Tuesday 11th August 2026

What you'll be doing

  • Helping to organise careers events, employer talks, open days, transition activities and careers fairs.
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and Work Experience provision.
  • Coordinating work experience, T-Level industry placements and other work-related learning opportunities.
  • Completing a Level 6 Career Development Professional Apprenticeship.

What We are Looking For

  • Experience in education, youth work, customer service, or support roles
  • Understanding of the FE sector
  • Knowledge of the CEIAG frameworks
  • Clear and confident communication skills
