What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Relevant Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months UK experience within a children's residential setting.
  • DBS on the update service.
  • Driving Licence

Your Role

As an Ad Hoc Temporary Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a safe, supportive, and caring environment for children and young people.
  • Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes, homework, and recreational activities.
  • Supporting the emotional and social development of residents.
  • Engaging in activities that promote well-being and positive behaviour.
  • Working collaboratively with permanent staff members and other professionals.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate records.
