Recruitment Consultant for EW Recruitment

We are looking for a number of 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team……Come and work with us at EW Recruitment!

Previous experience in Recruitment and/or sales would be advantageous, although open to speak to people who have a strong work ethic and a proven track record of learning something new.

Recruitment Consultant duties include:

• 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates
• New business – build a desk/ pipeline
• Retention of business
• Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails
• Booking interviews
• Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
• Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
• Advertising of vacancies
• Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates
• Registering candidates
• Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK

Recruitment Consultant Attributes:
