About the role
As Lettings Administrator, you will be working on the tenancy renewals, Administration and Compliance, so previous experience working in a similar role would be beneficial. They are a nice team and have a clear structure to develop in this role.
Salary: Up to £27,500 + Bonus
Location: Hybrid/ Chelmsford, Essex
Lettings Administrator duties:
- Preparing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
- Processing general enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Maintaining up-to-date property records
- Keep internal systems up to date
- General administrative duties
- Assist with preparing Tenancy Notices
- Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/ tenant
- Be confident with Systems and Excel
- Team player
- Hardworking
- Process driven
