Multi Skilled Engineer

My client is looking for a Multi Skilled engineer to join their team, they are a fast growing, great company to work for.

As Multi Skilled engineer, you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance, such as carpentry, tiling, painting, and plastering in commercial, and industrial settings. Key duties involve carrying out emergency call-outs, completing inspections and testing, and making repairs to restore systems to a safe working order.

Salary: 38k + Van + Fuel Card + Overtime

Location: Croydon, London

Multi Trade Engineer Duties:

• Carry out a wide range of tasks, including carpentry, painting, tiling, plastering, glazing, and lock fitting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, structural issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Reactive and planned maintenance: Respond to urgent repair requests and execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ensure work adheres to company policies and health and safety regulations, including fire door maintenance and legionella control.
• Maintain records of completed works, communicate with customers and management, and use company systems to track progress.

Multi Trade Engineer Certifications:

• Relevant qualification would be beneficial.
