About the role
The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience working within a letting’s role, looking for the next step up.
Salary: £30-35k OTE
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Trainee Property Consultant duties:- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
- Sales progression
- Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
- Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- A pro-active approach within a fast-paced environment
- Keenness to learn
