Property Consultant

You will be working in the Head Office supporting the branches. This role offers a great career development opportunity for individuals looking to forge a career in Estate Agency or a back-office role. Proven telephone sales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Salary: Up to £27,000

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

• To provide support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and sellers to generate interest and secure appointments
• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries
• Providing accurate property information
• Identifying all business opportunity
• To maintain and update the CRM system
• Prompt follow up and qualification of website leads
• Support marketing campaigns
• Meet and exceed agreed individual appointment and conversion targets

• Confident communicator with excellent listening and persuasion skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
