Property Inspections Team Coordinator

My client is looking for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator who has previous experience working in Lettings.

Salary: up to £28,000 + bonuses

Location: Chelmsford

Working model: Hybrid

You will play a pivotal part of the Property Inspection team, managing the Property Inspection Consultant’s diaries and agency bookings to ensure a smooth coordination of appointments, along with taking calls when Property Inspection Consultants cannot answer and monitoring the group email.

Property Inspections Team Coordinator Requirements:

• Booking property visits
• Booking check-out appointments
• Sending reminder emails for tenants moving out
• Adding meter readings, appliances, CO, and smoke alarms etc
• Rearranging property visits
• Arranging deposit releases on DocuSign and submitting to accounts
• Managing content on related third-party CRM systems
• Completing deposit negotiations
• Negotiating between landlords and tenants
• Assisting team leader with day-to-day tasks
• Monitoring inventories inbound, checking when completed to ensure compliance is met
• Being the Inventory department liaison between clerks and branches to arrange last minute appointments.
• Downloading and Sending completed inventories to landlords via email.
