PA – Investment Management Firm, Oxford Circus

We are partnering with a highly respected, privately owned investment management firm in Central London to find a bright and sharp PA to support a small but exceptionally high-calibre team.
This is not a traditional ‘diary management only’ PA role. It sits within a fast-paced hedge fund environment where detail matters, timing is critical, and information flow and decision-making are constant. You will work closely with an experienced Executive Assistant and senior leadership team, becoming a key part of how the business operates day to day.
With multiple generations of the founding families still involved, the environment has strong elements of a private office, creating a unique and varied support role.
