Executive Assistant to Founder, Luxury Design & Interiors – West London

We are working with a globally recognised luxury interiors and design business to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Founder across both business and private matters.
This is a highly trusted, fast-paced and all-encompassing role, suited to a polished, proactive and emotionally intelligent EA who thrives in a dynamic founder-led environment.
Based primarily from the Founder’s private residence in Central London, you will act as a true right hand – managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, overseeing personal and family logistics, and being key liaison across the wider business.
The role requires someone highly organised, discreet and calm under pressure, with the confidence to anticipate needs, cut through noise and keep multiple moving parts running seamlessly.
