We’re working with a brand new, purpose built small animal practice looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join it’s founding team.

The role

As an RVN, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient and client care while helping establish the practice’s clinical standards and ways of working.

You’ll enjoy a varied role including nurse clinics, inpatient care, theatre work, anaesthesia, diagnostics and Schedule 3 procedures, making full use of your nursing skills.

Hours

• Full time (39 hours per week).
• Four 9hour days.
• Evenings and weekends on a rota.
• Nurse care nights (accommodation provided when required).
• Flexible working options available.

Day to day duties

• Support consultations, diagnostics and surgery.
• Run nurse clinics and promote preventative healthcare.
• Provide inpatient nursing and monitor anaesthesia.
• Carry out laboratory, theatre and imaging duties.
• Support student nurses where appropriate.
• Deliver excellent client care and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
