Corporate Tax Senior Manager

The corporate tax team advises complex and high profile clients (domestic and international) across a variety of sectors but has specialist knowledge in real estate, technology and financial services. As a senior manager you will be responsible for a high quality portfolio which can be tweaked to provide maximum interest. Your role will include reviewing complex compliance, carrying out due diligence and providing transaction advice and support, advising on restructuring, international expansion etc.

The team ensures that a responsive and commercial service is at the centre of its client offering. Building and cementing relationships is crucial to this success and the role will suit someone who enjoys being a key adviser to clients.

You will be professionally qualified with sufficient experience in private practice to enable you to operate effectively. You should enjoy and have solid team management experience.
