Corporate Tax Manager

You will be part of an already successful and expanding tax team, looking after a wide range of clients including private equity groups, fund and wealth managers, fintech and corporate finance and asset managers. Your role will cover both compliance (complex and review) and advisory including structuring, transactions (mergers, acquisitions, disposals etc) and more. The brief is broad so you'll never get bored or pigeon holed.

If you have a background in corporate tax, the team has the flex to bespoke the right role for you, there is no need to have previous FS experience although an interest in the sector will help.
