German Speaking Project Manager / Account Manager

Are you fluent in both German and English and experienced in managing client projects, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships?

We’re recruiting for a German Speaking Project Manager / Account Manager to join a busy international packaging and design agency in South London. Working with recognised global brands, you will manage projects for German-speaking clients across the DACH region, ensuring work is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standards.

This role would suit someone from a Project Management, Project Coordination, Account Management, Client Services, Packaging, Branding, Creative Agency, or FMCG background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from brief through to completion
• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deadlines
• Prepare project reports, administration, and invoicing
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the project lifecycle

About You

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken) – essential
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management, Account Management, Project Coordination, or Client Services
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
• Able to commute to South London
