Luxury Jewellery Store Manager – Salisbury

Are you an experienced Store Manager looking to lead a successful luxury retail store?

We are recruiting for a Luxury Jewellery Store Manager to join an award-winning jewellery retailer in Salisbury. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences within a premium retail environment.

This role would suit candidates from luxury jewellery, watches, premium fashion, boutique retail, or high-end customer service backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and client experiences
• Manage stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards
• Plan staff rotas and oversee store administration
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

About You

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, or Boutique Manager
• Background in luxury jewellery, premium retail, fashion, or similar sectors preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach

Working Hours

• Monday – Saturday: 9:15am – 5:10pm
• Some Sundays in December: 9:45am – 4:10pm
• Fixed days off: Sunday and Monday
