Part Time Sales Executive

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established organisation to support a charity-led IT services programme, working closely with local businesses. We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to manage a combination of inbound sales enquiries and outbound calls, promoting charitable IT services that deliver real value to the local business community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales, values purpose-led work, and is looking for a part-time position with flexible working options.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries from local businesses interested in charitable IT services.
• Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce and promote the charity programme.
• Clearly explain the benefits and impact of the organisation’s charitable IT services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up warm leads and progress opportunities through to completion.
• Accurately update customer records and sales activity on internal systems.
• Work towards achievable sales and engagement targets.
• Represent the organisation professionally and ethically at all times.

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in sales, telesales, fundraising, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Confident, friendly communication style with strong rapport-building skills.
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated with good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and an interest in charity-led or purpose-driven initiatives.
• Ability to manage workload effectively within a part-time schedule.
