Dutch Speaking Project Executive

Are you fluent in Dutch and looking to build a career in Project Management within an international creative agency?

Our client is a global packaging, artwork and localisation agency working with leading retail and FMCG brands across Europe. They’re looking for a Dutch Speaking Project Executive to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of packaging artwork and multilingual localisation projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is looking to develop their career. Full training will be provided, with a clear progression pathway into Project Management and opportunities to work on international projects, including occasional travel to Amsterdam.

The Role

As a Dutch Speaking Project Executive, you’ll support Project Managers and Account Managers with the coordination of packaging artwork and localisation projects, ensuring work is delivered accurately and on schedule.

You’ll work closely with creative, artwork and production teams, helping to keep multiple projects organised while gaining valuable experience in an international agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of packaging artwork and localisation projects from brief through to completion.
• Assist with coordinating multiple client projects and monitoring timelines.
• Track project progress, deadlines and workflow updates.
• Liaise with internal creative, artwork and production teams.
• Support multilingual packaging and localisation workflows.
• Ensure work meets client briefs, brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and status updates.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and records.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Account Managers.
• Help ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

About You

You’ll be highly organised, eager to learn and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative environment. This role would suit someone with administration, coordination or project support experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in project management.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Fluent Dutch and English language skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Previous administration, coordination or project support experience.
• An interest in packaging, artwork, localisation, creative production or FMCG.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Additional Languages

The following language skills would be advantageous, but are not essential:

• French
• German
