Experienced Care Assistants – Dunfermline

Location: Dunfermline
Pay Rate: £13.45 – £18.19 per hour
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

ASA Recruitment is looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our growing healthcare team, supporting residential care homes across Dunfermline and the surrounding areas.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are available to work between 20 and 40 hours per week across a variety of shift patterns.

Available Shifts

• 07:30 – 15:00
• 14:30 – 22:00
• 21:45 – 07:45

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support residents with mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
• Encourage independence while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Work collaboratively with the wider care team.
• Complete care records accurately and follow individual care plans.
