Panel Beater

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater to join our experienced bodyshop team. You will play a key role in repairing and restoring vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring excellent results for our customers.

Working alongside experienced technicians and under the guidance of the Bodyshop Supervisor and Manager, you will carry out a range of repairs while also supporting and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip and refit vehicle panels and components.
• Repair vehicles using approved methods to restore them to their original condition.
• Remove dents using tools such as pin pullers, slide hammers, miracle pullers, and panel beating hammers.
• Carry out minor and major filler work on panels.
• Support other bodyshop departments when required.
• Assist with training and supporting trainee technicians.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to support and guide junior technicians.
