Location: Central, Bristol
We are recruiting a Fleet Prep Technician to join a busy vehicle preparation centre in Bristol. This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility, and a clear progression route into a supervisory position following training.
The role is split approximately 70% vehicle preparation and outdoor duties, with 30% office-based administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vehicle preparation from arrival through to delivery
- Coordinate vehicle movements, valeting, and preparation schedules
- Support fleet bookings and internal administration systems
- Maintain accurate records, job cards, and operational reports
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proactive attitude with the willingness to take on supervisory responsibility
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £28,995 per annum
- Supervisory bonus: £2,400 per year (after 6 months, paid monthly)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm
