About the role

We seek to appoint a Behaviour Manager to join the Team at Barlby High School to lead our behaviour and pastoral support provision, helping to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning enviornment where every student can thrive.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will manage out behaviour team, drive positive behaviour strategies and analyse key behaviour data. You will work closely with other colleagues, families and external agencies to support student success. Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only

Position Type: Permanent Post

Line Manager: Assistant Vice Principal

Travel Required: Occasional
