Warehouse Supervisor – Wolverhampton
Resolve Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established retail operation based in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent temp-to-permanent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their warehouse management career.
Role Details:
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 03:00
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse operations during the night shift
- Managing and motivating a team to meet operational targets
- Ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately
- Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
- Supporting retail distribution and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Experience within retail operations is desirable
- FLT licence is desirable but not essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
