Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
* Support dietary requirements and special requests
* Assist with stock control and waste management
* Assist the Head Chefs / Support and guide junior team members

What We’re Looking For

* Experience as an Assistant Chef or Cook
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A positive, hands-on approach
