About the role
Facilities Project Manager – Belfast – £60,000
Project Manager based in Belfast (Queen’s Island). Salary is £60,000 per year with benefits including a cycle to work scheme, wellbeing programme, referral bonus, training opportunities, and company events.
The role involves managing multi-disciplinary capital and lifecycle projects within live industrial and facilities management environments. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, contractor management, health & safety compliance, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing mechanical, electrical, civil, and building works from design through to handover.
Applicants should have a degree/HND/HNC in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, or a related field, plus at least 5 years’ project management experience in industrial or FM environments. Knowledge of health & safety legislation, project management software, MS Office, and AutoCAD is essential.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
