I am seeking the best talent to join their team as AI Analyst Prompters. This role combines Business Analysis skills with the practical application of AI tools to deliver solutions and improve business processes, decision-making, and efficiency. In this role you will work directly with clients to translate business needs into structured requirements and use their AI tools to build solutions. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will work closely with the founders, leverage their proprietary platform to document processes, and interact directly with clients to clarify requirements and test refined solutions. The position is ideal for someone who is naturally curious with good questioning skills and  enjoys problem solving, serving clients, overcoming business challenges. Requiring initiative and working with a good degree of autonomy once settled, you will be contributing meaningfully to operational improvement initiatives. Day-to-Day responsibilities include:

• Business Analysis – Working with clients on video calls and messaging platforms to understand business needs and challenges. Gathering, documenting, and analyse requirements. Mapping business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Understanding and documenting client data requirements and validation rules. Supporting the design of solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• AI & Prompt Development – Designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI tools. Analyse and test AI-generated outputs for accuracy and usefulness. Developing repeatable workflows using AI tools. Supporting the roll-out of AI into client businesses.

• Data & Insight – Collect and analyse data to support decision-making. Producing reports, summaries, and insights. Assisting in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Documentation & Communication – Creation of clear documentation (requirements, process flows, data models, workflows, reports). Presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams. Maintaining records of processes and solutions.

You will need to be able to demonstrate include a strong desire to help improve client businesses and outcomes. A Strong interest in AI and technology. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking. Clear communication skills (written and verbal). Basic digital skills and importantly a demonstrable willingness to learn and develop professionally.
