Rotational Nanny (2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off) – Monaco-Based UHNW Family

Position Overview

An English-speaking family based in Monaco is seeking two exceptional professional nannies to work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, providing seamless, round-the-clock care for their daughter, Gigi, aged 3 years.

This is a fully staffed household requiring experienced, highly professional candidates who can integrate discreetly into a private family environment while delivering outstanding childcare and developmental support. The successful candidates will be confident travelling internationally and accustomed to maintaining the highest standards of care, organisation and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care for a 3-year-old child
• Support developmental milestones through engaging educational and play-based activities
• Maintain consistent routines, including sleep, meals and daily schedules
• Accompany the family on frequent international travel
• Ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing at all times
• Liaise effectively with parents and household staff to ensure continuity of care
• Organise activities, outings and enriching experiences appropriate to the child’s age
• Travel and swim confidently with the child when required
• Maintain discretion, professionalism and flexibility in a dynamic family environment

Essential Requirements

• Fluent English (native level or equivalent)
• Strong passport permitting visa-free travel to the United Kingdom, South Africa and the European Union
• Norland qualification or an equivalent high-calibre childcare qualification
• Proven experience caring for young children within private households
• Competent swimmer
• Comfortable with frequent international travel
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Professional, discreet and adaptable nature

Desirable Qualifications

• Conversational or fluent French
• Previous experience working within a principal household, VIP or UHNW family environment
• Additional early years, educational or child development qualifications
