Leading, coordinating, and refining the school’s SEND strategy across all phases
Building capacity—coaching, mentoring, and training staff to drive inclusive teaching

Forging transformational relationships with families and external agencies
Setting a visionary standard for SEND practice and statutory compliance

UK-trained, with QTS and (ideally) NASENCO qualification or commitment to obtain
