What You’ll Be Doing:
Shape, lead, and deliver the school’s vision for inclusion and SEND
Line-manage and inspire a diverse team of SEN teachers, TAs and external specialists
Develop bespoke interventions, policies, and training for staff
Champion the voices of students with EHCPs and complex additional needs
Forge impactful partnerships with families, borough agencies, and multi-academy trust colleagues
Lead whole-school data analysis on inclusive practice and student progress
Ideal "Head of Inclusion" for this Newham School:
UK-trained with QTS and SEND leadership experience
Gravitas and passion for driving whole-school change
Skilled team leader able to mentor, coach, and motivate colleagues
Deep knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and best practice in inclusive schooling
