What You'll Be Doing:

Setting the strategic vision and pastoral priorities for Year 11 as Head of Year 11
Coordinating interventions and support to maximise GCSE outcomes
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Year 11 tutor team
Building strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
Driving attendance, wellbeing, and outstanding behaviour standards
Organising assemblies, revision sessions, and celebration events
