What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring the school’s inclusive education strategy
Championing SEN, EAL, and pupil premium inclusion across all key stages
Coordinating the Multi-Agency team, liaising with external agencies
Delivering whole-school CPD on equality, diversity, and SEND best practice
Analysing data and driving impactful interventions for at-risk pupils
Collaborating with SLT to develop robust, innovative policies
Ideal "Head of Inclusion" for this Bexley School:
UK-trained with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) essential
Successful SENCO or senior leader with strong impact record
References graded Good or Outstanding by current employer
