What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing, implementing, and evaluating whole-school SEND strategy
Overseeing EHC plans, interventions, and progress for all SEND pupils
Leading and inspiring a skilled team of support staff and teaching assistants
Cultivating outstanding relationships with families, external agencies, and SLT
Delivering impactful training for staff on inclusive teaching and neurodiversity

Ideal "SENCO" for this Bromley School:

UK-trained educator with QTS and proven SEN/D track record
Good or Outstanding classroom practice and glowing recent references
Current or aspiring SENCOs (with National SENCO Award, preferred)
Empathetic and decisive leader, passionate about inclusive education
ECTs with SEND specialism, or experienced teachers driven to lead
