What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring a committed Learning Support team across the school
Designing and evaluating bespoke interventions and SEN strategies
Championing inclusion and progress for students with diverse learning needs
Delivering staff training and supporting teachers with best SEN practice
Liaising closely with families and external specialists for joined-up support
Monitoring and reviewing EHCPs, ensuring compliance and high-impact outcomes
Pioneering new initiatives that raise the school’s SEND provision to gold standard
Ideal Head of Learning Support for this Greenwich School:
First-class graduate (min. 2:1) with strong academic record
Aspiring teacher, psychologist, or SEN specialist with a growth mindset
