What You'll Be Doing:
Spearheading whole-school SEND strategy, policy, and practitioner support
Directing the EHCP process—identification, assessment, and annual reviews
Leading a collaborative team of TAs and specialist mentors
Designing bespoke interventions and overseeing impactful SEND teaching
Building external partnerships with educational psychologists and health professionals
Tracking and reporting on SEND pupil progress for the SLT and governors
Championing parent/carer engagement and transparent communication on every journey

Qualified UK teacher with National Award in SEN Coordination (or commitment to complete)
