Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior

The firm of Accountants we are recruiting for is expanding rapidly.

Because of this, we are recruiting a new role to support this expansion.

Focusing on Accounts and Audit, this position can be shaped for the right person and will be at the Semi-Senior or Senior level.

Knowing what the market is like at the moment, they want to pitch this at the right salary and package and they have put into place a starting bonus to make the move even more attractive.

So, what is the firm like?

Well, they are kind of like the best of both worlds… A firm of Accountants large enough that you have heard of them but small enough where you still feel part of a team.

With a firm of this size, they have specialised departments and routes of progression. There are four salary reviews every year and you will be actively encouraged to build your skill set to work towards being promoted to the position above.

They are big on flexible working too … You’ll find that there is a lot of flexibility around working from home and working hours.
