• Coaching, mentoring, and training your dispensing team and optical assistants to achieve their full potential.

• Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.

• Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client care, leveraging the latest diagnostic equipment and advancements in eyewear and audiology.

• You’ll need to be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician

• You should be ready to take on a new challenge and develop your skills further in an independent practice

• The ability to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and clients.
