We are looking for a patient-focused Dispensing Optician to join our Client's welcoming and professional team in Towcester. About the Role

As a Dispensing Optician, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice and tailored solutions for patients’ visual and lifestyle needs

• Dispensing a wide range of frames and lenses with accuracy and attention to detail

• Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer care

• Supporting and mentoring Optical Assistants when needed

• Managing orders, adjustments, repairs, and aftercare

• Collaborating closely with Optometrists and the wider team to ensure a seamless patient journey

You’ll be part of a supportive and friendly team that values high standards, teamwork, and a personalised approach to care.

About You

• GOC-registered Dispensing Optician

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Commercially aware with a passion for delivering great service

• Organised, motivated, and confident in your dispensing knowledge

• Keen to contribute to a positive team environment
