Optical Supervisor - Clydebank

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor to join our Client's team and help ensure the smooth operation of the practice. In this role, you’ll lead by example, fostering a customer-first mindset while ensuring the team enjoys every day at work. You'll support the Practice Manager in delivering excellent service, meeting operational targets, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment.

 

• Deliver total customer satisfaction through excellent products and services.

• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care and service.

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the practice, including patient appointments, equipment usage, and inventory management.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, optical standards, and company policies.

• Ensure patients receive excellent service, accurate prescriptions, and proper product recommendations.

• Maintain accurate patient records, appointment schedules, and inventory reports.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest optical technology, eyewear trends, and industry best practices.
