Optical Assistant - Beaconsfield

Our client, a well-established independent optician, is seeking an Optical Assistant to initially join their Beaconsfield practice and become an integral member of their wider team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice that prides itself on delivering exceptional client care, offering a supportive environment, and fostering strong team collaboration. Initially based in Beaconsfield – a vibrant and attractive town offering excellent local amenities, boutique shops, cafés, and convenient transport links to London. Over time, the role will develop into a mobile position, working between Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross – a picturesque town known for its strong sense of community, excellent schools, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Full-time position

• Monday to Saturday, 09:00 – 17:30

• One day off per week

• Initially supporting the Beaconsfield practice before transitioning into a mobile role across both locations

• Experience working within an independent optician (preferred)

• Confident in supporting dispensing and providing excellent client care

• Able to offer tailored advice and support to a diverse and discerning clientele

• Enthusiastic about working within a supportive and professional team

• Committed to maintaining a friendly, collaborative, and client-focused working environment
