HGV Class 1 Night Driver

HGV Class 1 night driver, needed in Gloucester, paying £18.20 per hour + annual leave on top(taking total earnings to £20.40). Overtime paid after 48 hours at £27.30 per hour. Work available Monday to Friday as part of an ongoing contract, starting between 18:00-20:00pm and finishing around 03:00-05:00am , Free on-site parking, this role will include trunk runs to a central location, with no handballing required.

We are on the look out for a HGV Class 1 night driver based in and around Gloucester who are looking for are looking for ongoing work. If you are experienced or a newer pass, we will cater for your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver goods driving a Class 1 (Cat C+E) vehicle

• Complete delivery notes and paperwork accurately

• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude

• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy

• Always deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Hold a full, in-date UK Class 1 (Cat C+E) driving licence

• Hold a valid, in-date CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• Positive & professional 'can-do' attitude with customers

• Be a team player and take pride in keeping trucks clean & tidy

• Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements

• Over the age of 21 (insurance purposes)
