Practice Manager

Our client is recruiting an experienced Optical Manager with a strong focus on both leadership and hands-on dispensing. This role combines team management responsibilities with active involvement in patient care and dispensing. You will be responsible for overseeing the team, ensuring performance targets are met, while providing practical support and guidance. You will also ensure the team remains up to date with the latest optical developments and best practices.

• Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and open communication.

• Organise and deliver regular staff training sessions covering new products, techniques, and industry updates.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance service delivery.

• Identify, address, and resolve operational or dispensing issues efficiently.

• Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into daily workflows.
