Practice Manager - North London

As the Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of this patient-focused practice. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care, and leading by example while developing and training your team.

• Acting as the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and welcoming service.

• Managing incoming calls and handling enquiries

• Scheduling appointments and managing diaries using the clinic’s office management system.

• Processing referral letters from GPs and ENT consultants and arranging appropriate appointments.

• Ordering hearing aids and other specialist hearing equipment.

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of specialist hearing supplies.

• Preparing and sending hearing and balance test reports to referring doctors and ENT consultants.

• Providing general administrative support to the audiologists.

• Managing patient billing, processing payments, and liaising with medical insurance companies.
   

You will need

• Excellent communication skills, with initiative and enthusiasm to learn and support the growth of the business

• Excellent IT skills

• Previous administrative and customer-facing experience in healthcare, hospitality, or retail environments.

• Prior experience in sales and/or marketing would be advantageous.
