Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland. Responsibilities Coordinate the client Warehouse/yard setup in the Port of Leba Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage. Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personal and external contractors. Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment Preparing tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians. Loading/unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane. Receiving and sending stores/cargo. Warehouse management incl, stock keeping. Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems. Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for site team / visitors. Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility. Welcome visitors, including site induction and helping them to utilise the port facilities. Informing client Team about external visitors in client port. Support with organising parking spots for employees and guests. Requirements Polish right to work essential. Slinger/Banksman certification. Valid UDT Forklift Operator Licence Valid UDT Stationary Crane Operator Certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes). Valid GWO: Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid.
