About the role

Take overall responsibility for the financial management of overseas business units (including local subsidiaries and project companies), liaising with the HQ finance team, supporting local business operations, and managing local financial and tax risks. Establish, implement, and continuously optimize financial management and accounting systems for overseas subsidiaries. Coordinate and organize group-level and statutory audits for overseas entities, as well as various financial and tax advisory engagements. Review contracts and business processes, and oversee/prepare accounting entries for overseas subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and compliance. Perform monthly reconciliations, oversee revenue and cost recognition for overseas projects, and manage monthly and annual closing processes. Prepare financial statements and consolidated reports for relevant business units, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and reliable. Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis; manage project budgeting and cost control, and proactively identify and highlight risks. Drive the implementation of finance-related information systems across overseas entities. Be open to international assignments and rotation across different countries/regions, as well as potential relocation back to headquarters when required. Undertake any other tasks assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international tax practices; experience in revenue and cost accounting for construction/project-based companies or relevant audit experience is preferred. Positive, diligent, and detail-oriented, with strong self-motivation, learning ability, and resilience under pressure. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with a strategic mindset, integrity, service orientation, and strong team spirit. Due to overseas assignment requirements in Spanish-speaking countries, Spanish must be used as a working language, especially strong spoken fluency for effective communication with international colleagues.
