Senior Legal Counsel - Solar PV

Opportunity to join a leading solar Panel manufacturing company as Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel / Legal Manager , based on experience. 1. Position Overview Reporting To: Legal Director and possible General Counsel on select mattersEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: Fully Remote, or based in office - Houston, Texas 2. Role Purpose In this role you will provide day to day legal support across commercial contracting, supply chain, and trade and regulatory compliance, related to solar module manufacturing and sales. 3. Core Responsibilities Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, supply agreements, purchase orders, NDAs, and logistics contracts. Supporting trade, tariff, and customs matters including AD CVD and related import compliance issues. Advising on solar module manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution issues. Supporting domestic content, FEOC, and tax credit related certifications and compliance efforts. Handling routine legal matters currently outsourced to outside counsel. Coordinating with outside counsel on specialized matters as needed. Advising on Intellectual Property matters. 4. Candidate Profile Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar admission Solar manufacturing or energy supply chain experience is required Intellectual Property experience is plus but not required.
