Technical Service Specialist

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with sales managers to present the company'sPV solutions to customers across Italy Provide strong technical support to the sales team through client and project site visits, gaining a deep understanding of system requirements Prepare and present technical offers, advising customers on product specifications, system design, and performance considerations Deliver product training to clients, ensuring correct usage and understanding of technical solutions Organise customer training sessions in coordination with the sales team Plan and deliver in house technical training sessions Attend exhibitions, distributor roadshows, and industry events to represent the company and support product related technical discussions Respond to specific technical enquiries related to PV systems, providing accurate documentation and technical support Manage and coordinate after sales support activities to ensure smooth project implementation and high customer satisfaction Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support or specialist roles Experience delivering customer facing technical presentations and training Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions simultaneously Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Willingness to travel within Italy for client visits and events
