HSE Advisor - Senior

HSE Advisor- Senior for a major offshore wind developer based in England. Responsibilities. Facilitation of regular HSE meetings with Contractor and package representatives. Review of Risk Assessed Method Statements (RAMS). Operational HSE Assessment. Perform HSE induction of Clients Representatives. Perform HSE presentations at kick off meetings. HSE walk reports (e.g. using DIT). Entry of incidents and proactive measures in Synergi. Other deliverables and as per Project (Q)HSE Risk management processes and AP QHSE Management framework. Requirements Relevant academic or technical background. Minimum 3-5 years' work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/ offshore windfarm construction. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills. IT literate (Microsoft office package, knowledge of Synergi is an advantage). Knowledge of route cause analysis and incident investigation. Demonstratable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE. Completed NEBOSH; (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification. In date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS). Current clean UK driver's license.
