About the role
Responsibilities: Tender Management Oversee the preparation and submission of EPC/PPA bids. Coordinate inputs from internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal). Analyse tender documents, define strategy, and perform risk assessments. Contribute to technical scope, cost estimation, and commercial decision-making. Process Management Structure and standardise the tender organisation. Manage and improve tools and platforms. Continuous Improvement Optimise processes to increase win rates and reduce turnaround times. Organise lessons learned and share insights across teams. Profile: Proven experience with large projects (from €1 million) in France, Germany and the Benelux. Minimum 5 years in an international commercial role, ideally in renewable energy or construction. Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance with technical affinity, or an engineering degree with commercial skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and influencing skills. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and organisational rigour. Fluent in English and French; Dutch/German is a plus.
