Land Acquisition Specialist for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Germany Responsibilities Identification and evaluation of suitable sites for photovoltaic and wind energy projects in cooperation with our specialist departments Initial contact with owners and administrators on site Negotiation and conclusion of usage contracts and other agreements Support in obtaining planning permission by presenting the respective projects to local authorities, planning authorities, or other stakeholders Point of contact for all project participants from the initial idea to handover to project management Experience You are empathetic, persuasive, and a strong negotiator. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You have a driver's license, enjoy being on the road, and feel comfortable working in the field. You have completed your education and have already gained experience in the field of renewable energies.
