Head of APAC Construction - Renewable Energy

Company OverviewTaylor Hopkinson have partnered with an international energy developer with a growing portfolio across the Asia-Pacific region. The company develops and delivers solar, onshore wind, and energy infrastructure projects, combining development capability with in-house execution expertise. Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior construction and execution leader to act as Head of APAC Construction / Execution, based in Singapore. This role will provide regional oversight and leadership across a portfolio of renewable and energy infrastructure projects, supporting both developer-led and in-house EPC delivery models. The position will serve as the point of authority for construction matters across Southeast and North Asia. Key Responsibilities: Provide regional leadership and oversight for construction and execution across APAC projects. Define and support execution strategies for solar, onshore wind, and energy infrastructure developments. Act as senior escalation point for construction, schedule, cost, and delivery risks. Support project teams during critical execution phases and complex delivery challenges. Ensure consistent application of construction, HSE, and quality standards across the region. Candidate Requirements: Senior Manager or Director-level experience in construction or project execution within energy or infrastructure. Strong background in renewable energy construction; solar and/or onshore wind experience highly advantageous. Experience working within developer-led, EPC, or hybrid delivery models. Proven ability to oversee multiple projects across different geographies. Strong construction management background; experience operating from Singapore is a plus. Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast and North Asia. Candidate has to be currently based in Singapore with full working rights. Location: Singapore (regional role with frequent travel)
